These terms apply to parseforge.co. The site is an index of web scrapers that ParseForge publishes and maintains as Apify Actors.

The site and the Actors

ParseForge pages describe Actors and show their inputs and output. Each page links to the Actor's listing on Apify. The site helps you find a scraper. The scraper itself runs on Apify with your Apify account and token.

Running an Actor is governed by the Apify Store Terms and Conditions and Apify legal terms. Those terms apply to the Apify service, Actor runs, storage, and billing.

Public data and your use

ParseForge scrapes publicly available data. Our Actors are not built to cross logins or collect data from genuinely walled sources.

You are responsible for how you use the output from an Actor. A scraper listing describes what the Actor returns. It does not decide whether your planned storage, analysis, publication, or other use is appropriate for your situation.

Availability

Actors depend on third-party websites. Those sites can change their markup or source endpoints. They can also become unavailable.

We monitor Actor runs for failures and empty results. When a source changes, we can repair and rebuild the Actor. We do not warrant that a third-party site will stay online or that an Actor will run without interruption.

Pricing and billing

Prices shown on parseforge.co are pulled from the Apify store. Each Actor's Apify listing is the authoritative source for its current price and billing terms.

Apify bills usage through its own service. ParseForge does not operate a separate account, subscription, or invoicing system for Actor runs.

Referral links

Links to Apify include a referral parameter. Apify may pay ParseForge a commission when someone follows a referral link and uses Apify. The commission is paid by Apify at no added cost to the user.
