Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-03

This policy covers parseforge.co. It explains what the site records and why. It also tells you how to ask for deletion.

Site analytics

ParseForge uses first-party, cookieless analytics. The site creates a random identifier and stores it in your browser's localStorage. It records the route you visit and the hostname of the page that referred you.

The analytics script honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. When either signal is enabled, the script does not record the visit.

We do not use third-party analytics. We do not fingerprint your browser. We do not place ad pixels on the site. Analytics events are used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site people visit.

Custom scraper requests

The custom-build request form stores what you type so we can read the request and reply. A submission can include your name, email address, source URL, and notes about the data you need.

Do not put credentials in the form, including passwords or account tokens. ParseForge builds scrapers for publicly accessible data and does not need login details for a request.

We use form submissions to handle the request and contact the person who sent it. We keep a submission until the request has been handled or the person asks us to delete it.

Links from ParseForge to apify.com carry a referral parameter. If you follow one of those links and use Apify, Apify can pay ParseForge a commission. That commission comes from Apify and does not add a cost for you.

Running a scraper happens on Apify, using your Apify account and token. Apify handles the run and stores its results. Apify also bills for it. That activity is covered by Apify's privacy policy, not this site policy.

Third parties

ParseForge does not load third-party trackers or ad pixels on parseforge.co. A link to another site takes you to that site's service and policies. The scraper library runs on Apify.

Retention and deletion

We keep form submissions until the request is handled or you ask us to delete the submission. We use analytics events in aggregate rather than as advertising profiles.

To ask us to delete a form submission or to ask a privacy question, email parseforge@protonmail.com.
