How ParseForge pricing works

ParseForge scrapers run on Apify. Apify charges for each result row under its pay-per-event model. The number of rows returned determines the Actor charge.

There is no ParseForge subscription. There are no ParseForge seat fees. You run an Actor with your own Apify account and token, and Apify handles billing and invoices.

Price per 1,000 results

Each scraper page shows a price in the form "from $X per 1,000 results." The value of X comes from that Actor's current Apify listing. Different Actors can have different row prices.

The word "from" matters because Apify plan tiers affect the rate. Higher Apify plans have lower pricing tiers. The Actor's Apify listing is the current source for the rate that applies to your plan.

The price is tied to result rows. A run that returns more rows costs more than a run that returns fewer rows at the same tier. Set the Actor's input to request the amount of data you need, then use the listed price per 1,000 rows to estimate the charge.

Here are the current store prices per 1,000 result rows for our most-run scrapers.

Try a scraper with Apify credit

Apify includes free monthly credit that covers trying any ParseForge scraper. You do not need to create a ParseForge account or enter billing details with ParseForge. Start the Actor from its Apify listing or call it through the Apify API with your token.

Results are stored in an Apify dataset. You can read the JSON rows through the API or export the dataset in the formats Apify provides.

Billing stays on Apify

Apify records Actor usage and issues invoices. Questions about a charge, invoice, account plan, or available credit belong in Apify because ParseForge does not process those payments.

Prices displayed on parseforge.co are pulled from the Apify store. If the site and an Apify listing ever differ, use the price on the Apify listing.

Custom builds

Need a source that is not in the library? Send the site and required fields through the custom-build request form. The finished Actor joins the public library and runs under the same Apify billing model.
