Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

The register returns at most 500 entities per search. If your filters are too broad, the Actor might hit this ceiling on the first page and miss the records you want. Add more filters, such as a municipality or legal form, to narrow the result set below 500.

Why are some companies missing from my result?

Check that you are not accidentally combining filters that exclude each other, such as 'onlyActive: true' and a termination date range. Also verify that your text filters use at least three characters and are spelled correctly.

How do I get only the latest data without old history?

Set 'Include Historical Data' to false. The dataset will contain only the current name, address, statutory bodies, and stakeholders, making it smaller and faster.

My run is very slow.

The RPO register enforces rate limits. If you are pulling a large number of profiles, the Actor respects these limits to avoid blocks. For daily monitoring, use the last-change date filter to scrape only updated records.
