Troubleshooting
Why am I getting no results for my search query?
Check that your search term is spelled correctly and is specific enough. Very broad or misspelled queries may return zero results. Try a different keyword or a more precise product name.
The Actor returns fewer products than my maxItems setting.
The Actor can only return as many products as PriceRunner displays for your query. If the search results page has fewer listings than your maxItems value, you will receive all available products.
Some product prices seem outdated or incorrect.
The Actor extracts the prices displayed on PriceRunner at the moment of the run. PriceRunner updates its listings frequently, but a slight delay between a retailer updating a price and it appearing on PriceRunner is possible.
The Actor run failed with an error.
First, check that your search query is valid and contains no special characters that might break the URL. If the problem persists, try reducing the maxItems value and run again. Contact support with the run log if the error continues.
