Why am I getting no results?
Check that your searchQuery matches a real LoopNet location slug. Try a major city like 'Los Angeles, CA'. Also verify your listingType and propertyType filters are not too narrow. If you set propertyType to 'office' but the market has no office listings for that type, you will get zero rows.
Why are some financial fields empty?
LoopNet only shows financials like cap rate on some listings, usually for-sale properties with broker-provided data. For-lease listings often omit them. The Actor returns empty strings for missing fields, so you can filter them out in your dataset.
Why did the run stop before reaching maxItems?
The Actor stops when there are no more matching listings on LoopNet for your search. Try broadening your searchQuery to a larger metro area or clearing the propertyType filter.
Why are broker phone numbers sometimes missing?
LoopNet sometimes hides broker phone numbers behind a click-to-reveal button. The Actor can only capture what is visible on the public page. Email addresses are usually present, so use those as a fallback.
Can I scrape a specific LoopNet listing URL?
