Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

Check your token or protocol filter spelling. The filter is case-sensitive and must match DeFi Rate's symbol or slug exactly. Try running without filters first to see available values.

The Actor returns fewer rates than my maxItems setting.

This is normal. The Actor stops when it has collected your requested number of rates or when no more rates match your filters, whichever comes first.

My token filter is not working.

Ensure you are using the correct token symbol as listed on DeFi Rate, for example USDC not USD Coin. Run the Actor once without a filter to confirm the exact symbol.

The run timed out.

Try lowering the maximum rates value. If you need a very large dataset, consider splitting the work into multiple runs with different protocol or token filters.
