Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

Check your filter values for exact spelling and case. Make and model filters are case-sensitive. TESLA works, tesla does not. Also verify your model year range includes years that exist in the dataset.

Why does the run stop before reaching my max items?

The Actor stops when it has read all records matching your filters. If the dataset has fewer matching vehicles than your max items setting, the run ends early with the available count.

Why are some electric range values zero?

Zero range usually means the value was not reported for that vehicle. This is common for older model years or early PHEV entries. It is not an error in the Actor.

Why do I get an error when I change the resource ID?

Make sure the resource ID is a valid Socrata dataset on data.wa.gov. The Actor expects the same column structure as the EV Population dataset. A different dataset may have incompatible fields.
