Booksy Business Scraper

Scrape Booksy business listings for any service and location, up to a million per run. Every business comes with its name, rating, review count, address, and optional full details like phone, website, hours, and services. No login or API key. Export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML.

Booksy's directory holds millions of barbers, hair salons, nail salons, spas, and other beauty and wellness businesses, but there is no official bulk export. This Booksy Business Scraper reads the public search results directly, filters by business type and city or ZIP code, and returns each match in one fixed schema. You can optionally fetch deep details per business, including phone, website, social links, opening hours, services, and amenities.

Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

Check that your searchQuery and location match real Booksy listings. Try a broad term like barber and a major city like New York. Also verify that maxItems is set high enough.

Why is the run slow with includeDetails on?

Detailed mode opens each business profile page, which adds a request per business. Reduce maxItems or turn includeDetails off if you only need the search result fields.

Some businesses are missing phone numbers or websites.

Booksy business owners choose what to display publicly. If a business did not add a phone or website, the field will be empty in your dataset.

I got fewer results than maxItems.

The Actor stops when Booksy runs out of results for your search. Try a broader searchQuery or a larger location to find more businesses.

FAQ

Question Answer
What is Booksy? Booksy is an online booking platform and directory for beauty and wellness businesses like barbers, hair salons, nail salons, and spas. It lists business profiles with ratings, reviews, services, and availability.
Do I need a Booksy account or API key to scrape? No. This Actor reads the public search pages and business profiles that are visible without logging in.
What data does the scraper return? Every business returns its name, rating, review count, address, and a link to its Booksy profile. When includeDetails is on, it also returns phone, website, social links, opening hours, services, amenities, and more.
How do I search for a specific business type? Set the searchQuery field to the service you want, like barber, hair salon, nail salon, or spa. The Actor searches Booksy exactly as a customer would.
Can I scrape multiple cities in one run? One run covers one location. To scrape multiple cities, run the Actor once per city, or use an Apify workflow to loop over a list of locations.
How many businesses can I collect? You can set maxItems up to 1,000,000. The actual number collected depends on how many businesses Booksy returns for your search.
What is the difference between basic and detailed mode? Basic mode returns name, rating, review count, and address quickly. Detailed mode opens each business profile to fetch phone, website, hours, services, and amenities, which takes longer per business.
Can I export the data? Yes. You can export your dataset to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML directly from the Apify platform.
Is this an official Booksy API? No. This is an unofficial scraper that reads public web pages. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Booksy, Inc.
