This Actor searches Alibaba.com the way a buyer does, by keyword or by category, and reads the same product and supplier data the search results and product pages show. Filter by supplier location (60 countries and regions), price, minimum order, Trade Assurance, Verified and Verified Pro suppliers and free samples, and sort by best match, response rate or transaction level.

Every product row has 58 fields: the product (title, photos, video, price range, quantity price tiers, MOQ, units sold, category path, certifications, attributes, SKU options, sample price, lead-time ladder, package size and weight, customization options, product rating) and its supplier (company, profile and store links, country, years on Alibaba, business type, Verified / Verified Pro / Gold status, Trade Assurance and its limit, response rate and time, on-time delivery rate, store rating and review count, orders and revenue in the last 6 months, employees, factory size, main products, certifications and export markets). Switch to Suppliers mode and you get one row per unique supplier instead.

📋 What the Alibaba Products & Suppliers Scraper does

1. Takes search terms (yoga mat, cnc machine, led strip), a category to browse, or direct Alibaba.com product URLs.
2. Calls Alibaba.com's own search feed with your filters, up to 100 results per request, and pages through the results until your limit is reached. Duplicates are removed.
3. With Include product details on (the default), opens each product page to add attributes, SKU options, lead times, package data, sample price, video, the full gallery, category path and the supplier's performance numbers.
4. In Products mode writes one row per product with its supplier. In Suppliers mode writes one row per unique supplier, with how many of its products matched, its lowest price, its categories and up to 5 sample products.
5. Flags sponsored placements in every row, or drops them with Exclude sponsored listings.
6. Product URLs that cannot be loaded come back as a free error row that says why.

💡 Why it matters: the first page of an Alibaba search mixes factories with resellers, and price, MOQ, lead time and reliability sit on different screens. With supplier performance, tiered prices and lead times on every row, a shortlist that takes an afternoon of clicking becomes one export and a sort in a spreadsheet.

The Actor sees what any visitor sees. Alibaba.com puts company profile pages, full verification reports and the text of store reviews behind a slider captcha, so those are not exported; the store rating and review count are. Alibaba's supplier-search tab is also captcha-protected, which is why Suppliers mode builds its list from product results. Product description HTML (the long text and images under the specs) lives in a separate frame and is not exported.

🔐 Do I need an Alibaba.com account? No. The Actor reads only what Alibaba.com shows to any visitor. You never supply credentials.

💵 Which currency are prices in? US dollars, for every row, whatever country the run starts from.

📚 How many products can I get per search? Alibaba.com reports tens of thousands of results for common terms, and the Actor pages through them 100 at a time. In our tests page 53 (results 5,201 to 5,300) still returned new products. For very large pulls, split a broad term into several narrower ones or add filters.

🏭 How does Suppliers mode work? The Actor runs your product search and groups the results by supplier. Each supplier appears once, with matchedProducts (how many of its products were in the scanned results), its lowest price, its categories and up to 5 sample products. Alibaba's own supplier-search tab is protected by a captcha, so this is how a supplier list is built from public data.

⏱ Why do some rows say N/A for lead times and supplier performance? Those fields come from the product page. They are filled when Include product details is on (the default) and read N/A when it is off.

📉 Why do some products have one price tier and others four? Suppliers set their own ladders. Some quote one price for any quantity, others lower the price at 100, 500 or 1,000 units. The Actor exports exactly what the supplier published.

🌍 Which supplier locations can I filter by? 60 countries and regions that had live listings when we tested, including China, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Pakistan, the United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.

📣 What does "sponsored" mean? Alibaba.com mixes paid placements into search results. Every row says whether it is one, and Exclude sponsored listings keeps only organic results.

📄 Can I get the supplier's verification report or store reviews? Not the report or review texts: Alibaba.com shows them only after a slider captcha. The store rating, review count, certifying company and certificates are exported.

🌐 Do I need a proxy? No for normal use. Alibaba.com's search answered our tests without one. Product pages start asking for a captcha when one IP opens many in a row; the Actor then switches those pages to rotating residential sessions by itself, or to your own proxy if you set one.

📥 What export formats are supported? CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, plus direct API access and integrations with Make, Zapier, Airbyte, Slack, Google Drive and more.
