Overview

ParseForge

10times Tradeshows Scraper

Scrape 10times tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions by country or industry. Each event comes with its title, dates, city, country, description, and listing URL. No login or API key. Export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML.

10times is the world's largest event discovery platform, but browsing it manually means clicking through thousands of listings. This Actor reads the public event directory directly, filtered by country or industry, and returns each match in one fixed schema. No API registration, no rate limits, no code.

Who uses it What they scrape 10times for
Event marketers Which upcoming trade shows in their industry are worth sponsoring or exhibiting at
Sales teams A list of events where their target accounts will be present
Market researchers The size and frequency of events in a given sector or region
Lead generation agencies Event names and organizer details to build outreach lists
Conference organizers Competitor events and their venues, dates, and visitor estimates

What it does

This Actor collects 10times tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions by country or industry, and returns each event as a flat row.

  • ๐ŸŒ Country filter: pass a country slug like usa, india, or germany to get only events in that country.
  • ๐Ÿญ Industry filter: pass an industry slug like medical-pharma, technology, or food-beverage to get only events in that niche.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Flat rows: every event is returned as one row with a consistent set of fields, ready for spreadsheets or databases.
  • โšก The full public listing: 10times serves roughly 120 events per listing before it runs out, so that is what one run returns. Change the country or industry slug to pull a different slice. Free users get a 10-item preview.

Results export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML, or straight from the API.

What you can do with 10times data

๐Ÿ“ˆ Build a trade show calendar.

A marketing manager scrapes the technology listing, then the usa listing, and exports both to a shared calendar to plan their conference budget.

๐ŸŽฏ Find sponsorship targets.

A sponsorship salesperson scrapes medical-pharma events in germany, filters by visitor estimates, and shortlists the top 20 events to pitch.

๐Ÿ” Monitor competitor events.

A conference organizer scrapes building-construction events globally every month and compares dates, venues, and organizer details against their own event lineup.

๐Ÿ“Š Research market activity.

An analyst scrapes all events in india across multiple industries to measure event frequency and regional distribution for a market entry report.

๐Ÿ“ง Generate lead lists.

A lead generation agency scrapes events by industry and uses the organizer and venue fields to build a list of potential clients for event services.

Configure the run

Drive the Actor from a country slug or an industry slug. 10times has no combined country + industry listing, so if you set both, the country page is used. The Input tab lists every parameter.

A first run with the defaults:

{
  "maxItems": 10
}

A full listing for one country:

{
  "maxItems": 200,
  "country": "germany"
}

Pricing

Pay-per-result: $0.021 per result collected. You pay only for the results written to your dataset.

Use with AI agents (MCP)

Give an AI agent live access to 10times through the Model Context Protocol. Add the Actor to Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client:

Then prompt it in plain language to run the scraper and read back the results.

Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

Check your country and industry slugs. They must match exactly what appears in 10times URLs: usa, not united-states. The run log names the listing URL it settled on. If you leave both blank, the Actor returns the global listing.

Why did the run stop before maxItems?

10times stops serving a listing after roughly 120 events, so a run ends there even if maxItems is higher. Use a different country or industry slug to collect another slice.

Why did the run stop after 10 items?

Free Apify users are limited to 10 items as a preview. Upgrade to a paid plan to collect the whole listing.

The run failed with a timeout.

Large scrapes can take time. Try reducing maxItems or narrowing your filters. If the problem persists, check the Apify status page for platform issues.

Some events are missing fields.

Not every 10times listing row carries the same level of detail. The venue name in particular is only published for the featured events at the top of a listing, so it is blank on most rows; city and country are always present.

Can I get data in a different language?

The Actor returns data as it appears on 10times, which is primarily English. For non-English events, the title and description may be in the local language.

FAQ

Question Answer
What is 10times? 10times is a global platform for discovering trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions. It lists events across industries and countries with details like dates, venues, organizers, and visitor estimates.
Do I need an API key or login? No. This Actor scrapes the public 10times website directly. You only need an Apify account to run it.
How do I filter by country? Use the country input with a slug like usa, india, or germany. You can find the slug in the 10times URL for that country's event page.
How do I filter by industry? Use the industry input with a slug like medical-pharma, technology, or food-beverage. The slug appears in the 10times URL for that industry.
Can I combine country and industry filters? No. 10times publishes no combined listing, so if you set both, the Actor uses the country page and logs that the industry was ignored.
What is the maximum number of events I can scrape? 10times serves roughly 120 events per listing, which is the ceiling for one run. Run it again with a different country or industry slug to collect more. Free users are limited to 10 items as a preview.
What format is the output? The Actor returns a flat dataset where each event is one row. You can export it as CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML from the Apify platform.
Does it scrape exhibitor lists? No, this Actor focuses on event-level data like title, dates, city, and country. For exhibitor details, consider a dedicated exhibitor scraper.
Can I schedule this Actor to run regularly? Yes, you can set up a schedule in Apify to run it daily, weekly, or monthly to keep your event data fresh.
Is this legal? You should only scrape public data that you are allowed to access. Check 10times' terms of service and your local laws before scraping at scale.
